ARM designs technology for leading electronics companies and needed the best ICT people around to continue delivering their exceptional service.
They were using several suppliers and brought Provide into the recruitment mix in 2002. The aim: to use Provide’s expertise in the ICT sector for their Cambridge office.
It was quickly apparent that there was great synergy between the two companies and close relationships were soon forged. Provide had built a solid foundation of trust and delivery when it mattered most to ARM – it was clear that Provide would go the extra mile to source the very best people.
In just 12 months, the results had spoken for themselves and ARM made the major decision to take on Provide as their preferred supplier to take over and manage ALL recruitment processes for the entire global organisation.
To this day, ARM and Provide continue enjoy a special association. ARM still employ Provide Consulting for their advice and guidance and intend to for the foreseeable future.
