CLIENT: A large service provider supplying Voice, Data and IP services to businesses throughout the UK.

THE ROLE: To improve customer satisfaction through advanced performance / communication. To be a key point of contact for the customer ensuring that expectations are being met and keeping the customer informed. The Customer Project Manager (Provisioning) will be responsible for developing an improved interlock into the wholesale market.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: An experienced project manager with extensive provisioning, IP, Ethernet
experience ideally managed teams of Project Co-ordinators, Project Managers etc.
You Customer Project Manager (Provisioning) will have at least 5 years experience working for a tier1 telecommunications carrier, knowledge of delivery processes associated with IP/Ethernet/SDH + any experience with Lean Six Sigma would be highly desirable
